Today

Today, I breathe deeply.
I feel the sunshine on my skin.
The wind blows my hair, it sticks to my lip gloss.
Like I sometimes get stuck in "pause" when it should be "play"
I know, now, all these things unfold to me as I am ready to see them.
I am comfortable being in this body, and having this mind.
I look around at Gaia everyday, and I marvel at her wonderous features.
I see what small,  tho significant part I have to play.
And it comes to me now more easily.
I just have to remeber to breathe.
